Man struck at chemist in Durnsford Road last October

 

CCTV footage has been released of an armed robbery that took place at a chemist in Wimbledon last year.

On Tuesday, 13 October 2015 about 3.15pm a man walked into the store in Durnsford Road, SW19 and pulled out a large kitchen knife before demanding money.

He forced a member of staff to open the till and a petty cash box and stole a quantity of cash before making off towards Haydons Road.

Man wanted in connection with Wimbledon robbery

The suspect (pictured above) is described as a black man aged in his late twenties to early thirties. He wore a blue hooded tracksuit, white trainers and was carrying a black holdall.
