Stephen Hammond will hear your views
Wimbledon MP Stephen Hammond will be speaking and answering questions at the next Wimbledon Community Forum meeting on Thursday (September 26).
Health services in Merton, the police's recent operation to crack down on drug dealers in the borough and major local planning issues are also due to be discussed and residents, businesses and community organisations in Wimbledon are all invited to come and have their say.
Councillor Henry Nelless, Chairman of the Wimbledon Forum, said: "Community forum meetings are a great way for you to tell councillors and other elected representatives how you think our local neighbourhood can be improved.
"We'll be hearing from local Wimbledon MP Stephen Hammond and residents will have the opportunity to ask him questions on a range of issues. We will also be discussing local health services and recent high profile police operations, as well as hearing the latest on potential developments in Wimbledon town centre, such as proposals for a 24-storey building on the YMCA site. I would therefore encourage as many people as possible to come along on September 26 to make their views known.
The meeting will be held on Thursday (September 26) at Wimbledon Methodist Church, Griffiths Road, Wimbledon, starting at 7.15pm.
