Chance to talk about local issues
Residents, businesses and community organisations in Wimbledon will get a chance to air their views about local issues at the next Wimbledon Community Forum.
It takes place on Tuesday April 17 at the Mansel Road Centre in Wimbledon, starting at 7pm.
Cllr Simon Withey, Chairman of the Wimbledon Forum, said: "These public meetings are a great chance for residents to have their say on the issues affecting them and I hope to see as many people as possible there on 17th April.
"We will be discussing the improvements to Wimbledon station and the likely impact of the Olympics on our local area.
"There will also be an opportunity for residents to find out about the latest planning proposals, such as the hotel on the Broadway, as well as to ask questions and raise concerns on any other issues. I would encourage anyone who lives or works in Wimbledon to come along."
