Hear more about Merton Borough's half century
The next Merton Park Ward Residents' Association meetint takes place on Tuesday (September 1) at Merton Park Primary School in Erridge Road at 8.00pm.
The meeting will be hearing Sarah Gould, Merton's Heritage and Local Studies Manager, as she talks us through the last 50 years of Merton as we celebrate the establishment of the London Borough of Merton back in 1965.
There are open meetings every month (except January and August) with specialist speakers and always leaving time to question local Ward Councillors.
