Merton Park Ward meeting: September 3
Find out more about Merton's heritage at the forthcoming Merton Park Ward Residents' Association meeting on Tuesday (September 3).
Sarah Gould, the borough's Service Manager for Heritage & Local Studies, will describe the work and resources of Merton's Heritage & Local Studies Centre.
Merton has more than 300 Statutorily Listed Buildings and 28 conservation areas, in addition to 1,300 locally listed buildings and structures of local interest. But, as the meeting shall hear, there is also a huge contemporary element to our heritage.
Join the meeting on Tuesday (September 3) at 8pm at Merton Park Primary School in Erridge Road.
There will also be time to put questions to your Independent Ward Councillors.
