Get listed on the Culture Diary
Organisers of events taking place in Merton in 2012 are being urged to register their events on the capital's "Culture Diary" before Friday (December 31) or face missing out.
Initial registration of activities must be completed by the end of December deadline, but anyone registered then has until the end of March to firm up arrangements for their events.

Merton Council cabinet member for community and culture Councillor Martin Whelton said: "We want the people and businesses of Merton to take as much advantage as possible of the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games coming to the capital.
"We are lucky enough to be have the tennis event happening in our borough and I urge as many people as possible to register their events by December 31. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know exactly when it will be or where, you can change all those details. The important thing is to register. The diary is a great platform to promote local events to the millions of extra people expected to be in the country for London 2012.”
