The March Wandle clean-up is in Waterside Way
Every time volunteers from the Wandle Trust have visited this patch it has been full of rubbish!
You will find organisers set up at the end of Waterside Way on the Wandle Trail.
Please arrive in time for the Health and Safety briefing at 11am. You'll work through until 3pm with a break at about 1pm for tea, coffee and refreshments provided by organisers.
It is dirty work, so you are recommended you wear old clothes and sturdy footwear such as walking boots or wellies. You may wish to bring a change of clothes in case you get wet!
The nearest station to Waterside Way is Haydons Road. From here you can walk to Plough Lane and down the Wandle Trail to find the organisers, or through Garfield Recreation Ground and up the Wandle Trail.
