Well-being sessions at local libraries
Wimbledon Library and others in the borough are helping residents to improve their health this new year with a range of fitness and wellbeing sessions taking place this month.
Wimbledon is holding a wellbeing drop in class on Saturdays from 10-11.30am. There's also one at Donald Hope Library in Colliers Wood on Mondays from 2.30-4pm.
For those looking for a more energetic session, Raynes Park Library will be hosting an Argentine Tango class on Thursday 30 January from 6-7pm. As part of Raynes Park's health and wellbeing offering, they will also be holding chiropractic consultations on Thursday 23 and Tuesday 28 January from 9.30am.
