Mozart, Grieg and Nielsen to be performed at St. Paul's Church

The Wimbledon Symphony Orchestra’s (WSO) winter concert will take place at St Paul’s Church, 120 Augustus Road, Wimbledon on Saturday 4 February at 7.30pm.

Soloists Charlotte Scott and Rosalind Ventris will play Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante for Violin and Viola amongst works by Scandinavian composers, Grieg and Neilsen along with English composer Ruth Gipps.

The concert will be conducted by Marc Dooley who is making his conducting debut with WSO.

Tickets are priced at £15 or £12 for concessions. Under 12's are admitted free of charge.

WSO is one of the leading amateur orchestras in London. Based in Wimbledon, it performs between three and five concerts a season under the direction of professional music directors and leader.

It regularly accompanies some of the UK's finest emerging classical music talent.
