Raising funds for St Raphael's Hospice on Wimbledon Common

This fun event is for all the family which takes place on Sunday 17th May. This year there will be a figure of 8 walk starting with a shorter route of around 4km, with a break for refreshments at the start and finish point, followed by a longer distance of around 6km.

All participants will walk the first shorter distance and only those who would like to will then walk the second longer distance.

Ten members of staff (and their dogs) from local solicitors, WH Matthews & Co, are taking part. Solicitor Lauren Brown told WimbledonSW19.com that they had decided to join forces because they wanted "to raise money for this very worthy cause". If you wish to sponsor them click here.

If you fancy being part of the walk; registration is £10.00 per dog, including a doggy goody bag. (Maximum 2 dogs registered per person).

There are no entry restrictions – Dogs of all shapes and sizes are welcome, and they can bring as many humans of any age with them too. To register click here Register by clicking here

Online registration for the Woofs and Wellies Fun Dog Walk will close on Friday 15th May at 12noon. If you haven't registered before then you can either contact Louisa Hitchen on 020 8254 2467 or email louisa.hitchen@straphaelshospice.org.uk or you can register at the event from 12noon.

Participants under 16 yrs must be accompanied at the event by an adult. Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead at all times.
