French Baroque Gems to be Performed in 'Autumn in Versailles'

Ensemble Molière are to perform an evening of French Baroque gems - music that was played at the court of Louis XIV in Versailles.

The concert is entitled "Autumn in Versailles" and takes place on Saturday 8 October at 7.30pm at St John’s Church, Spencer Hill, Wimbledon, SW19 4NZ.

Ensemble Molière are a young classical music ensemble based in London and performing throughout Europe. Their focus is on French Baroque music
and they perform on period instruments which are either replicas or originals from the 17th and 18th centuries.

Tickets cost £12 or £10 for concessions. Pupils aged 18 and under are free. Wine will be available in the interval, too.
