Volunteers Needed At AFC Wimbledon


You can be involved with a series of jobs from mowing to power washing and more

AFC Wimbledon are still seeking volunteers to help them get the ground and stadium ready for next season during the weekend of June 26-27.  

Each year a band of intrepid volunteers has got involved with a series of jobs - including mowing the grass, cutting back the bushes and undergrowth on the grass car park, power washing the stand and terraces and painting various parts of the stadium.

Despite the great turnout of volunteers last year, they are looking for more this year, whether for a few hours or for a full day.

Most tools will be provided, but the club would appreciate people who can bring their own, particularly power washers. Sunday volunteers need not miss the England V Germany match as it will be shown on a big screen.
