Highlighting autumn's rich produce at Enoteca Turi
Enoteca Turi continues to highlight autumn's most cherished produce now reaching its best: chestnuts, game and black truffle as well as other seasonal ingredients such as Jerusalem artichoke, cavolo nero, clementine and sharon fruit.
A fortnight is dedicated to these ingredients with a special menu of classic regional recipes - this will run from 20th October to 1st November.
Game is sourced from the Rhug Organic Estate in Wales, where the environment is healthy and sustainable. Game featuring on the menu during the fortnight will include: pheasant, mallard, partridge and venison.

Chestnut parfait with fresh sharon fruit carpaccio

Clementine delice, white chocolate mousse, citrus sauce
