Months of Piccadilly Line Closures To Prepare for New Fleet
Regular weekend engineering work taking place until October

Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 September

Engineering work is taking place between Shepherd's Bush and Watford Junction, closing some lines.

From 19:30 on Saturday evening until 12:00 on Sunday, and from 20:00 until the end of service on Sunday, no Southern trains will run between Shepherd's Bush and Watford Junction.

Sunday 7 September

No service between Willesden Junction and Richmond

District line

Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September

No service between Turnham Green and Ealing Broadway. There will also be no PICCADILLY LINE service between Hammersmith and Osterley / Uxbridge.

Replacement buses operate:Service PL1: Hammersmith - Turnham Green - Chiswick Park - Gunnersbury - Acton Town - Ealing Common - Ealing Broadway (for Central and Elizabeth lines) - South Ealing - Northfields - Boston Manor - Osterley

Service PL4: Gunnersbury - Acton Town - Ealing Common - North Ealing - Hanger Lane (for Central line and Park Royal) - Alperton - Sudbury Town - Sudbury Hill - South Harrow - Rayners Lane

piccadilly line

Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September

Saturday 13 September, between 0045 and 0515, no service between Hammersmith and Heathrow.

Replacement buses operate: Service PL1 between Hammersmith and Osterley via Turnham Green, Acton Town, Ealing Common, Ealing Broadway (for Central line), South Ealing, Northfields and Boston Manor.

Service PL7 between Hammersmith and Heathrow Terminal 5 via Osterley, Hounslow East, Hounslow Central (Bell Corner), Hounslow West, Hatton Cross and Heathrow Central Bus Station (for Terminals 2 and 3)

Saturday 13 September, from 0515 and all day Sunday 14 September (including Saturday Night Tube), no service between Hammersmith and Osterley / Uxbridge. There will also be no DISTRICT LINE service between Turnham Green and Ealing Broadway.

Replacement buses operate: Service PL1: Hammersmith - Turnham Green - Chiswick Park (day services only) - Gunnersbury (day services only) - Acton Town - Ealing Common - Ealing Broadway (for Central and Elizabeth lines) - South Ealing - Northfields - Boston Manor - Osterley

Service PL2: Hammersmith - Osterley (non-stop)

Service PL4: Gunnersbury (for District line) - Acton Town - Ealing Common - North Ealing - Hanger Lane (for Central line and Park Royal) - Alperton - Sudbury Town (Whitton Avenue East) - Sudbury Hill - South Harrow - Rayners Lane;

South Western Railway

Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September

The lines in the Barnes area will be closed all weekend due to maintenance work.

Queenstown Road station will be closed all weekend.

Saturday

London Waterloo to London Waterloo via Wimbledon and Kingston services will be revised and will run between Kingston and Richmond only.

London Waterloo to Weybridge via Staines services will start from Kew Bridge.

Buses will run between Clapham Junction and Kew Bridge.

Sunday


London Waterloo to Windsor services will be revised.

An hourly service will start from Richmond and will call additionally at St Margarets.

London Waterloo to London Waterloo via Wimbledon and Kingston services will be revised and will run between Kingston and Richmond only.

London Waterloo to Woking via Staines services will be revised and will start from Kew Bridge.

The afternoon and evening London Waterloo to Kingston via Hounslow services will not run.

Buses will run between Clapham Junction and Kew Bridge.

piccadilly line

Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September

No service between Acton Town and Uxbridge.

Replacement buses operate: Service ML1: Harrow-on-the-Hill - West Harrow (Treve Avenue) - South Harrow - Rayners Lane - Eastcote - Ruislip Manor - Ruislip - West Ruislip (for Central line and Chiltern Railways) - Ickenham - Hillingdon - Uxbridge

Service PL4: Acton Town - Ealing Common - North Ealing - Hanger Lane (for Central line and Park Royal) - Alperton - Sudbury Town (Whitton Avenue East) - Sudbury Hill - South Harrow - Rayners Lane

District line

Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 September

No service between Turnham Green and Ealing Broadway. There will also be no PICCADILLY LINE service between Kings Cross St Pancras and Osterley / Uxbridge.

Replacement buses operate: Service PL1: Hammersmith - Turnham Green - Chiswick Park - Gunnersbury - Acton Town - Ealing Common - Ealing Broadway (for Central and Elizabeth lines) - South Ealing - Northfields - Boston Manor - Osterley

Service PL4: Gunnersbury - Acton Town - Ealing Common - North Ealing - Hanger Lane (for Central line and Park Royal) - Alperton - Sudbury Town - Sudbury Hill - South Harrow - Rayners Lane;
