Forthcoming Disruption on Public Transport


Tubes and trains affected by engineering works

South West Trains

Sunday 3 September

Lines between London Waterloo and Wimbledon - Some platforms and lines will be closed at London Waterloo all day Sunday for work on the Waterloo and South West Upgrade project. Platforms 7 and 8 at Vauxhall will be closed and trains will use other platforms. Most train services will run in and out of Waterloo using the lines and platforms which remain open, but may be re-timed in the London Waterloo area.

Circle Line

Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 September

No service on the entire line while new signalling at Baker Street and Edgware Road is tested.

District line

Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 September

Nno service between High Street Kensington and Edgware Road while new signalling at Baker Street and Edgware Road is tested.

Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 September

No service between King's Cross St Pancras and Hammersmith while new signalling at Baker Street and Edgware Road is tested.

London Overground

Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 September

Nno service between Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction due to Network Rail infrastructure and track work as well as Earl's Court development work. Use local buses via all reasonable routes.

South West Trains

Sunday 10 September

Engineering work will be taking place in the Twickenham area with buses replacing trains between Barnes and Hounslow and between Barnes and Teddington.
