It is that time of year again!!! 
Trees are dotted around Putney, the current thinking is that Blue Spruce is the tree most likely to hold onto its needles all Christmas. They are bushy and have a blue tint to their thick needles.
The more traditional Norway Spruce is now regarded as the cheaper choice and the most likely to shed its fine and spiky needles at the least provocation. (Don't forget you can leave your tree for recycling after Christmas outside your house - awaiting dates from the Council.)

Tomorrow’s People is a specialist charitable trust that helps people out of long-term unemployment, welfare dependence or homelessness, into jobs and self-sufficiency.
You can support our work by buying your Christmas tree from us. You can now order and pay for your tree online and collect from St. Mary’s Church, Putney on Friday 2nd December (we are participating in the Putney Christmas Fair) or on Saturday 3rd or Saturday 10th December from All Saint’s Church Hall, 70a Fulham High Street.
