Man Arrested For Dangerous Driving After Appeal

A Wimbledon cyclist had been caught up in the rush hour incident

Police hunting motorist Shane Seymour after an incident involving a number of cyclists near Clapham North Station have arrested a man.

He was arrested today (August 20) on suspicion of driving offences, including dangerous driving, and was taken to a South London police station.

Officers had appealed for the public's help in tracing him after an incident, captured on a cyclist's headcam, which involved Wimbledon cyclist Dave Clifton.

It took place on the A24 at around 8am on August 1. Officers have since thanked the media and their public for their assistance.
