Installer Two: Bathroom still not finished despite work from February - December 2017

How much blue paper is needed to stuff down the open wall cavity to stop the draught, rather than tiling the soil pipe in properly? I was amazed to pull out this much (see above) from behind the toilet on a cold December day - many months after the second fitter said the re-install was finished and despite repeated complaints about the draught. This picture was taken in December 2017 - more than a year since the first installation in November/December 2016.

Can you see the start of the blue paper behind the toilet before I got it all out? On the right is how the second installer finished the carpet door strip off (or not?).

During the second installation, the plasterer accidentally locked himself in (despite warning of the faulty lock fitted by installer one) and had to break the door frame to get out.

I had to endure the broken door frame for more than four months. I also had no working bathroom sink for more than a month when the mixer tap broke. Meanwhile my neighbours had to put up with this rubbish on the public pavement for two weeks, despite calls to Bathstore to get it cleared sooner, as promised.

I had no time to take photos of the flood into the kitchen when a Bathstore carpenter put a tack through a water pipe as he tried to fix the creaking bathroom floor. This happened on October 18 2017, but the kitchen ceiling wasn't re-painted until December 18 2017. By then it was my second winter without an adequate bathroom. After Installer Two fails to return to fix the draught and flooring, I get Installer Three in February 2018.
