Man flees Wimbledon Court
Police are hunting a man charged with robbery offences who fled from the dock at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court.
Jeremy Pearce (right), aged 21, is said to be "dangerous" and the public have been advised not to approach him.
He fled from the court at 12.30pm on Monday (January 3) after being remanded in custody on three counts of robbery and one of possessing an offensive weapon.
He is descibed as
black, approximately 6ft 4ins tall, of slim build, with an "Afro"
hairstyle. He has stubble on his face.
"I would also remind anyone who might be harbouring him that they are committing an offence and they will be arrested. This man must be found and face the consequences of his actions through a fair trial in court.
Police warn he is considered dangerous and have advised the public not to approach him direct. If anyone has an immediate sighting of him, they should ring 999.
