The District Line between Wimbledon and Putney Bridge will be closed this weekend (October 16/17) for signalling work.

There will be two replacement bus services in both directions: Service A stopping at Wimbledon, Wimbledon Park, Southfields, East Putney and Putney Bridge; Service B running direct from Wimbledon to Putney Bridge.

Transport for London warn you will need extra time to complete your journey and if you need any further information visit tfl.gov.uk, phone 0843 222 1234 (24 hours) or speak to station staff.

Other engineering work this weekend means there is no District Line service between Edgware Road and High Street Kensington, nor any service on the entire Circle Line, as well as other closures.

On Sunday October 17 there is also no overground train service between Richmond and Stratford. Passengers are advised to use District Line services between Richmond and Gunnersbury and rail replacement buses on the rest of the line.
